1. Subscription Plans

2. No Refund Policy

Once a subscription payment has been processed, it is final and non-refundable. This applies to all plans — Starter, Pro, and Business. We do not offer partial refunds for unused portions of a subscription period.

3. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account Settings page. Upon cancellation:

• •Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period
• •You will not be charged for the next billing cycle
• •No refund is issued for the remaining days in the current period
• •Your data remains accessible until the subscription expires

4. Exceptions

In exceptional circumstances — such as duplicate charges due to a technical error — we will review the case on an individual basis. To report a billing error, contact us within 7 days of the charge at douglenat@proton.me with your payment details.
