1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Queriq ("the Service"), operated by Abhinandan Bhatt, 1/271 Near Nainital Bank, Srinagar Garhwal, Uttarakhand — 246174, India. By accessing or using Queriq, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Description of Service

Queriq is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that allows users to connect databases and query them using natural language. The Service is provided on a subscription basis with the following plans:

• •Starter — ₹1,900/month — 500 queries, 3 connections
• •Pro — ₹4,900/month — 2,000 queries, 10 connections
• •Business — ₹14,900/month — Unlimited queries and connections

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Payment and Billing

All subscription fees are charged in Indian Rupees (INR) and are due at the beginning of each billing cycle. Payments are processed securely through Cashfree Payments. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• •Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• •Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system
• •Resell or redistribute the Service without permission
• •Upload malicious code or interfere with the Service

6. Data and Privacy

Your database credentials are encrypted with AES-256 and never stored in plain text. We do not access, sell, or share your data with third parties except as required to provide the Service. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

7. Limitation of Liability

Queriq is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Abhinandan Bhatt shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Uttarakhand, India.
